Description: Projects allow you to organize your files and documents around a theme, then ask the AI questions about all these documents. This is ideal for case analysis, document monitoring, or collaboration.
How to access it: Click on "Projects" in the navigation menu.
How to use it:
- Click on "New project".
- Give your project a name and optionally an avatar.
- Import your files (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, audio, videos, Markdown).
- Wait for the file processing indicator (the AI is preparing vector indexing).
- Once the files are processed, ask your questions in the project chat.
Important: After importing a file, wait for the processing indicator to be complete (green status) before asking questions about its content. Indexing can take from a few seconds to over a minute depending on the document size.
