Terms governing the use of spoton-ai.com and the Spoton platform
Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website spoton-ai.com and the Spoton platform, published by LAMALO (a subsidiary of Reboot Conseil SAS).
Access to Service
Access to the showcase website is free. Access to the Spoton platform requires creating an account and subscribing to a plan. LAMALO reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to the service for maintenance or updates.
User Account
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of the account is deemed to be made by the user. In case of unauthorized use, the user must inform LAMALO immediately.
Intellectual Property
The Spoton platform, its source code, design and content are the exclusive property of LAMALO / Reboot Conseil. The user is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the duration of their subscription.
Data Ownership
The user retains ownership of all data entered or generated through the platform. LAMALO never uses user data to train AI models. Content generated by AI through Spoton belongs to the user.
Liability
Content generated by artificial intelligence is provided for informational purposes. The user remains responsible for verifying and using generated content. LAMALO cannot be held liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Termination
The user can cancel their subscription at any time, with no commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. User data can be exported before account deletion.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Strasbourg.
