Is the free plan really free?
Yes, 100% free with no credit card required. You get 50 credits per month to test all Spoton features: AI orchestration, business agents, image and audio studios. No commitment.
What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
The Pro plan (15 EUR/month) gives access to the full platform with 1,500 credits/month. The Enterprise plan (25 EUR/month) adds video studios (VEO, Sora, Runway), optional advanced workspaces, SSO/SAML, IT governance and 5,000 credits/month.
What is a credit and how many do I need?
Each AI action consumes credits: 1 credit for a web search, 2 to 14 for an image, 4 to 40 per second of video. On average, an active user consumes 800 to 1,200 credits/month. The Pro plan (1,500 credits) comfortably covers daily use.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time with no fees. There is no minimum commitment. Your data remains accessible even after cancellation.
What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?
You will never be charged automatically. If your credits run out, you can purchase an additional credit pack (starting at 2,000 EUR excl. VAT for 12 months) or wait for your monthly renewal.
Is my data protected?
Yes, Spoton is hosted in Europe and natively GDPR-compliant. Your data is never used to train AI models. The Enterprise plan additionally offers customizable sovereignty: EU cloud, SecNumCloud or on-premise on your own servers.
